Our VIP Rewards Program Rules
Sign up for an account at www.naturalorganicskincare.com. Once you register for an account, you have automatically enrolled in our rewards program.
How Does the Rewards Program Work?
Log into your account. Place an order as you would regularly do. When you complete your purchase, you will automatically receive reward points.
Once you have earned over 500 points, you can redeem the points for a reward voucher.
The vouchers may be used on your next purchase. If you are using reward points on your order, that purchase will not earn any points. Vouchers cannot be combined with other sales and only one voucher can be used per order.
How do I Redeem Points?
To Redeem points, click on the shopping bag at the bottom left corner of any page on our website. You will need to log in to your account.
Click on ways to redeem, choose the coupon you want to redeem. A code will appear. Copy the code and paste it in the coupon code box at checkout. You can also learn about new ways to earn additional points.
The Fine Print for Using Reward Points
- Rewards can only be applied to your current order; we are not able to retroactively apply points.
- Orders must be paid with a credit card. PayPal orders are ineligible due to cart requirements from PayPal.
- Points may not be redeemed on shipping or taxes.
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for the rewards program.
- Customers must be logged into their accounts to place the order and receive points. Unfortunately, our customer service agents are not able to apply rewards to phone orders.
- Points or vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, coupon codes, or sales. Only one voucher can be used per order.
- Reward points may not be used or combined with other sales, specials, offers, or free shipping.
