  • I thought the strongest retinol that can be sold without a prescription is %2, so how can this be %2.5? Thanks :)

    Retinol comes in many forms. Prescription retinol is Tretinoin and must be prescriped by a doctor. It is a more concentrated version of Retinol and should not used over 2% due to side effects. OTC or over-the-counter retinol does not need a prescription.
