Edelweiss Extract {Leontopodium Alpinum Extract}

Recommended usage rate: 3 to 5%

Our Edelweiss comes in a .5-ounce glass dropper bottle.

Edelweiss extract is a flower called Leontopodium Alpinum that grows in the Swiss Alps; that is a naturally derived plant botanical with potent antioxidants. It has twice the free radical scavenging power of Vitamin C.

As a result, it is one of the best natural anti-aging ingredients on the market.

Edelweiss extract delivers beneficial hydration to treat your complexion to a moisture surge for a youthful appearance. In addition, it increases the skin's plumpness and allows the surface to build its resiliency against dryness.

Edelweiss Extract is hugely beneficial for all skin types, derived naturally from the flower petals (scientifically, Leontopodium Alpinum). This natural plant botanical is a highly potent antioxidant and can protect your skin against harm from all kinds of toxins and free radicals that you encounter every day.

Edelweiss extract is twice as potent as vitamin C in battling against free radicals, and it is by far one of the very best natural anti-aging ingredients available today.

For dry skin, edelweiss extract acts as a humectant, and it has a balancing effect on oily skin. Few products can boast that they fight against dry, flaky skin and overly oily, greasy complexion, but Edelweiss extract can and does.

We recommend adding a 3-5% concentration of edelweiss extract to boost any existing skincare product's rejuvenating effects. You can also add it to most DIY lotions, creams, and moisturizers.

If you want to save money on expensive products with dubious effectiveness while getting the best results for your skin, try a bottle of edelweiss extract today.Edelweiss flower antioxidant

Ask a Question
  • Are you cruelty free?

Yes! The Edelweiss Serum Booster and our company are Cruelty-Free!

  • Can I combine Edelweiss booster with the copper peptides and GHK in one serum? Will the Vitamin C cancel it out?

Edelweiss has a high content of Vitamin C. We recommend not using them in the same serum. It would be best suited to use them separately. Using a serum with Edelweiss for defending against the environmental effects in the morning. Then, at night, using Copper Peptide for regeneration.

  • I add apple stem cell to my face cream. Can I also add this in addition to apple stem cell? Thank you in advance

Yes! All of our Serum Boosters can be used interchangeably together in formulas (with the exception of Vitamin C, Copper Peptide, and Retinol). Edelweiss is an antioxidant that is very easy to incorporate.

  • Is your Edelweiss extract derived from cultured from propagated EDELWEISS Callus cell lines?

Edelweiss is from the Leontopodium Alpinum Flower/Leaf Extract.

  • Can I mix your serum boosters (Antarcticine and Edelweiss) with Rosa damascena flower water? Or a Toner?

Yes, you can add Antarcticine and Edelweiss to Rosa damascena flower water or a toner.

  • Not sure how to figure 3 to 5%. Can you please tell me how many drops that would be? Thanks very much.

For a one ounce formula, you would add 27 drops for a 3% concentration. For a 5% concentration, you would add 45 drops. This information can be found on the chart we send you with purchase. You can also access the information here:

  • Hello. I would like to inform me if Leontopodium Alpinum Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract is safe for use in all trimesters of pregnancy. Thank you in advance

Thank you for your question. However, you will need to consult your medical doctor for medical advice.

  • If I made a serum with powdered hyloronic acid, glycerin, water, and wanted to add some peptides, would one of the radish root/coconut ferments be enough of a preservative?

For a water-based serum, we recommend using Leucidal Complete or Leucidal SF Max with Sodium Benzoate and Gluconate.
