What does heavy water do for your skin?
It helps prevent trans-epidermal water loss and helps block free radicals form causing chaos to your skin. It is also hydrating.

After cleansing, saturate a cotton ball with toner and gently wipe over the face and neck. Repeat until the cotton ball comes out clean. Follow immediately with serum as it is best to apply serums to toner damp skin.
