Create a DIY Homemade Skin Tightening and Firming Face Mask Recipe

Creating your own skincare is so easy, many recipes only take 5 to 10 minutes to make! This mask just takes a few minutes to make and can be created with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.


  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Egg White

Directions: Mash the banana in a sterile glass bowl. Add 1/4 cup of honey. Scrape any excess honey with a spatula and mix. Add the egg white and stir until all ingredients are combined. Spread the mask evenly across your face and neck. You can also use this mask in any other area of your body that needs tightening. Elbows, the tummy area, knees are all areas that are susceptible to sagging. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes then rinse with tepid water. For best results, use 1-2 times a week for best results.

Mask Variations:

Add an Avocado. If you have dry or mature skin, avocado is deeply nourishing. Avocado is packed with vitamins and minerals that feed your skin.

Add in Clay. For additional tightening properties, add a tablespoon of clay suited for your complexion. Find more information about which clay fits your skin type.

Add in Glycerin. Vegetable glycerin is a humectant, making it perfect to add moisture to the skin. Improving hydration keeps your face healthy and revitalize your complexion.
