Hair Tonic Formula with GHK Copper Peptide Powder

1-ounce rose hydrosol
1-ounce witch hazel
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon of Blue GHK Copper Peptide Powder
10-15 drops of Essential Oils - if desired (we recommend rosemary, lavender, peppermint, and chamomile)
