Shipping policy

How long does it take to get my order?
It is our goal to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. For orders received after noon EST, they will ship the next business day. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days. We also offer Express shipping, which is 1-2 business days. Please see the website checkout for more information on Express Mail rates. When your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. If your order has not arrived after five business days, please contact our customer service department via email at help@naturalorganicskincare.com.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international countries with USPS Priority Mail. The USPS Priority Mail service contracts with your local postal carrier and delivers the package directly to you. Packages typically are shipped within 6 to 10 business days but can take up to 30 days to arrive. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes your country or customs may impose. During COVID-19, USPS shipping may be limited, and we reserve the right not to ship to any country. In addition, we will not refund shipping on any returned packages due to non-delivery or non-payment of duty fees.

If your order is over $1000 US, you may request your order to be shipped by DHL.

Due to COVID-19, shipping services to multiple countries have been discontinued. Therefore, at this time, we are unable to ship to the countries. You can find a list of suspended services on the USPS website. If you place an order in a country that the shipping has been discontinued, the order will be canceled.
