Same Day Shipping

For fast shipments, all orders placed before 12 pm EST time will be shipped out the same day. All other orders, including those made on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out the next business day. We offer worldwide shipping of online purchases. If you need any assistance with your order, please send an email to [email protected]. When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number via email. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can also be tracked at www.usps.com.

Shipping Rates

The United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  

Orders under $175 are $5.95 for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 business days.
Orders over $175 ship for free using USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 business days. No coupon code is needed to receive free shipping.

We also offer Express Mail and cost will vary depending on order size. You can obtain a quote in the shopping cart before checkout. Just click on "get shipping quote" and put in your state.

Worldwide Shipping
International shipping usually takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery using USPS Priority Mail. This estimate does not include time spent in customs. Customers are responsible for any and all duties, import fees and taxes that may be associated with shipments.

Flat rate is $23.95 for up to 6 items.
For more than six items, the cost will vary.

International
Flat rate is $33.95 for up to 6 items.
For more than six items, the cost will vary.

Order Tracking


When you make a purchase online with Skin Perfection Natural and Organic Skin Care, you will automatically get an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an additional email with your order tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Insurance

All packaged are insured at no cost to you, so you are guaranteed safe delivery.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify us of the damage to your order within three days of receipt. Please send us an email at [email protected] along with your order number in the subject line. All packages are insured for loss or damage, and we will gladly resend any damaged item at no cost to you. You must keep all packaging and damaged items for 30 days or until the claim is settled. Pictures are helpful, but may not be necessary.

Lost Items
If your item has not been received within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email at [email protected] Please use the order number as the subject line in your email and state the issue. We will try and locate the package and contact you as soon as possible. If we are unable to find your package, we will resend the package at no cost to you. When we submit a claim to the insurance company, we may need to obtain additional information or have you sign the application. For International orders, our insurance company requires us to wait 30 days from the time of purchase before we can resend the order.

Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused items for up to 30 days after the purchase was made. At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on used products due to health and safety concerns. We understand that sometimes you do not know how a product will work with your skin type, we offer sample sizes (our travel size), so you can try the products before ordering a full size. We highly recommend ordering a sample size before ordering a full size this helps us to keep our prices lower. For items that have been unused and unopened (safety seals must not be broken), please contact us via email at [email protected] for an RMA number. Please include this number on the return. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product. All return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If the return is a result of our error, we would send any replacement items at our cost.
