What does heavy water do for your skin?

After cleansing, saturate a cotton ball with toner and gently wipe over the face and neck. Repeat until the cotton ball comes out clean. Follow immediately with serum as it is best to apply serums to toner damp skin.

"This toner smells heavenly! I can't get enough of it. I love how the smell makes me feel and helps me perk up in the morning. I am not sure if toners are 100% necessary, but I do like the fact that I put this on before my serum. It makes the serum go on smoother and applying is much easier. I also use a spritz or two sometimes in the day if I start feeling dry in the afternoon."
