  • I thought the strongest retinol that can be sold without a prescription is 2%, so how can this be 2.5%? Thanks :)

    Retinol comes in many forms. Prescription retinol is Tretinoin and must be prescriped by a doctor. It is a more concentrated version of Retinol and should not used over 2% due to side effects. OTC or over-the-counter retinol does not need a prescription.

Perfect Mix for Retinol

"The reason I got this is because no other product has more scientific backed studies that prove retinol works on reducing wrinkles. And I trust SkinPerfection to truly have what the bottle says at the amount they say it does. I have used them for many many years and have had and continue to have results that prove they are selling the real thing. The problem with retinol is that its super important to have it just right ! I used some before above 2.5 % and my face turned red and even peeled. Also with this you have the hyaluronic acid which keeps your face full of hydration, the aloe vera to prevent burns and aid in skin repair. And my fav is the witch hazel as it tames any reaction and prevents acne or bumps. My electrolysis swears by it and every session my face is rubbed with it and I have no bumps or red spots afterwards ! The way this is made it's safe to wear in daytime. Although bright sun would be best to avoid with any retinol ! So this perfectly blended mixture is just the right amount to slowly and safely diminish wrinkles and most importantly prevent new ones from coming ! I love I can use this on my entire face and use it everyday !"
