Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

Skin Perfection Natural and Organic Skin Care gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unopened and unused skincare products or merchandise purchased online within 30 days. Please contact us for an RMA number.

Lotion Making Supplies, including Serum Boosters, Antimicrobials, Powders, Extracts, Bulk Bases, and Airless Bottles, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds of the purchase amount will be given as an E-Gift Card. The E-gift card will be sent to the email address on file from your order.

Items damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

If you are unsure how a product will work with your skin type, please purchase a sample (travel size) first. If you need additional help finding the right products for your skin type, please visit our self-help pages or request a free skincare consultation from one of our specialists. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping charges. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept a return on any product that has been used. We are not responsible for the return of used products.

Are Serum Boosters Returnable?
Serum Boosters are cosmetic ingredients. Boosters and any lotion-making supplies are final sales. They are not returnable. We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any cosmetic ingredients. These are supplies used in skincare making or added to a formula you already have. Use it at your own risk. When introducing any new ingredient, you should always do a patch test to ensure that your skin tolerates the product.

The Return Process

Returns
Due to the nature of natural beauty products and cosmetics, our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Although, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to return items. If you would like a prepaid shipping label, a $6.00 fee will be deducted from the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to an E-Gift Card within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take 24-48 hours before your refund is officially posted. International companies take longer.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sales or discontinued items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at help@naturalorganicskincare.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item(s) is shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
