Order are processed every 15 minutes. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 12:00 PM MST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped out the following business day. International orders may take 1-3 business days to fulfill. In addition, we offer worldwide shipping of online purchases.

When your order is mailed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). Please track your order through the tracking email, your account, or at www.usps.com.
The United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Most orders are a flat rate of $9.95 for USPS Priority Mail in 2 to 3 business days. Large orders will vary.

We also offer Express Mail, and the cost will vary depending on order size. In addition, you can obtain a quote in the shopping cart before checkout. Just click on "get shipping quote" and put it in your state.
International shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery using DHL. This estimate does not include time spent in customs or fulfillment time.
Cost for shipments can vary, please use the checkout to determine the actual shipping cost. Most orders ship around $40 plus duties and taxes. This cost includes insurance for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all duties, import fees, and taxes that may be associated with shipments. Fees are prepaid so there are no additional costs when receiving your order
2023 update: Currently, we are only shipping DHL internationally. We recommend using DHL on all international orders at this time. They are the only carrier that has had consistent international deliveries in a timely manner.
When you make a purchase online with Skin Perfection Natural and Organic Skin Care, you will automatically get an order confirmation via email.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will also receive an additional email with your order tracking number.

All packaged are insured at no cost to you, so you are guaranteed safe delivery.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify us of the damage to your order within three days of receipt. Please send us an email at email@example.com, along with your order number in the subject line.
All packages are insured for loss or damage. We will gladly resend any damaged item reported within three business days at no cost to you. You must keep all packaging and damaged items for 30 days or until the claim is settled. Pictures are helpful but may or may not be necessary.
If your item has not been received within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the order number as the subject line in your email and state the issue. We will try and locate the package and contact you as soon as possible. If we are unable to find your package, we will resend the order at no cost to you.
When we submit a claim to the insurance company, we may need to obtain additional information or have you sign the application. If the information is not endorsed or received, then we will be unable to process your request. We won't be able to resend the order or provide a refund.
For international orders, our insurance company requires us to wait for 30 - 45 days from the time of purchase before we can resend the order.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items for up to 30 days after the purchase was made. At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on used products due to health and safety concerns. All returns will be exchanged or given store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
Serum Boosters and Lotion Making Ingredients are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
We understand that sometimes, you do not know how a product will work with your skin type. We offer sample sizes (our travel size), so you can try the products before ordering a full size.
We highly recommend ordering a sample size before ordering a full size; this helps us to keep our prices lower. For items that have been unused and unopened (safety seals must be intact), please contact us via email at email@example.com for an RMA number.
Please include this number written on the box or placed inside. Store credit will only be issued for the cost of the product. All return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If the return results from our error, we will send any replacement items at our expense.
