This Hyaluronic Acid NASHA plumping serum delivers deep hydration and visible skin‑plumping by combining low- and high-molecular-weight hyaluronic Acid with Argireline peptide. The formula is designed to hold moisture in the dermal layers to reduce the appearance of fine lines while remaining oil‑free and non‑irritating.

If you struggle with dry, crepey, or thinning skin, this serum helps by drawing and retaining water in the collagen matrix so your skin looks fuller and feels smoother. Apply a pea‑sized amount to damp skin to maximize absorption and follow with your regular moisturizer if needed.

  • Contains Low and High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid (NASHA gel) for surface and deep hydration
  • Includes Argireline® (acetyl peptide‑8) to target expression lines without injections
  • Paraben‑free and cruelty‑free formulation made in the USA
  • Oil‑free, non‑comedogenic gel that does not clog pores
  • Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, oily, dry, and combination
  • Topical alternative to injectable HA fillers for temporary plumping without needles

Unlike heavier moisturizers that sit on the skin surface, this serum is formulated to penetrate and retain moisture at deeper layers. Compared to single‑weight HA formulas, the NASHA blend supplies both immediate surface plumping and longer‑term hydration at lower layers.

Formulation details are specific and verifiable: NASHA hyaluronic acid plus Argireline® peptide, paraben‑free, cruelty‑free, and made in the USA. Use daily as part of your AM/PM routine. Trusted for gentle hydration and visible plumping without harsh additives.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is one of the best plumping serums available today. It acts like a sponge, holding moisture and helping your skin maintain its optimal hydration. HA has proven results.

Our Hyaluronic Acid Serums are gels that contain glucosamine. This naturally occurring amino Acid expands collagen fibers, giving your skin a fuller, more youthful appearance!

The High Molecular HA adds volume, plumping your skin. The Low Molecular HA deeply hydrates to diminish the look of wrinkles! Pure Hyaluronic acid serums are applied topically. The pure NASHA HA plumps fine lines, making it an excellent wrinkle-injection alternative for supple-looking skin.

Wrinkle fillers such as Radiesse and Juvederm are made from Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic Acid is an extremely gentle, non-irritating, oil-free skin plumper that doesn't clog pores, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive, oily, or problematic skin.

It's a superior hydrating gel that provides intense moisturization for a softer, more youthful, and smoother complexion.

Hyaluronic Acid Serums

You already know you need to keep your face moisturized to fight the signs of aging. After all, dry skin is second only to UV exposure in terms of things that can seriously harm your complexion.

Keeping your skin hydrated is not quite as simple as buying a decent moisturizer and using it whenever you think your skin feels dry. However, even if you don't use it daily, it won't hydrate all complexions.

Hyaluronic Acid serums do the very best job of penetrating deep into your skin. Plus, they plump your cheeks, fill in fine lines and wrinkles, and keep your skin hydrated. Whether or not you use a moisturizer in addition to a Hyaluronic Acid serum, you absolutely must use the serum.

The Difference Between Serums and Moisturizers

Many consumers get confused about the difference between serums and moisturizers. This is understandable, as both claim to hydrate the skin. However, there's one relatively significant difference.

Hyaluronic Acid serums are formulated to penetrate deep into the skin. They hydrate and replenish the skin by holding onto water molecules, and plump it by maintaining hydration at this level. On the other hand, Moisturizers have a heavier cream or oil base that's intended to strengthen the skin's natural barrier against evaporation.

Serums hold moisture deep in the skin, while moisturizers lock water in at the surface. Thus, many people, especially those with chronically dry skin, use both a serum and a moisturizer.

Why is it crucial that you choose a Hyaluronic Acid serum? Hyaluronic Acid occurs naturally in your body.

It helps maintain the fluid in your eyes and lubricates your joints. In addition, because it's a naturally occurring substance, your body responds well to it and won't reject it when applied topically.

Hyaluronic Acid serums are the most effective means of plumping cheeks and lips without filler injections or surgery. Unfortunately, filler injections are costly and painful, too. Plus, when you go to a medical spa or cosmetic surgeon for these injections, you'll likely come away with bruises around the injected area for a few days after treatment.

Massage a pea-sized amount of the Hyaluronic Acid Serum onto your face and watch your complexion come to life. As the Hyaluronic Acid goes to work hydrating your collagen tissue, it immediately leaves your face looking and feeling softer and fuller.

How Hyaluronic Acid Serums Keep You Looking Young

Our serums contain other age-defying active ingredients, such as Argireline® Peptide (acetyl peptide 8). In addition to Hyaluronic Acid's plumping and hydrating effects, Argireline® Peptide acts as a neuropeptide.

Apply it topically, and it works as a muscle relaxer. It partially blocks the neurotransmitters that control facial muscle movement, which is why Argireline® peptide has been called "Botox in a jar."

However, instead of painful needles and large bills, you can use a hyaluronic acid serum with Argireline® Peptide to plump your skin and fill in lines. At the same time, it relaxes your facial muscles, preventing them from forming new lines and wrinkles, also known as "expression lines."

If you add vitamins and antioxidants to that combination, you can also get a hyaluronic acid serum that stimulates collagen production by providing nourishment. Increased collagen production improves skin elasticity, significantly enhancing the appearance of your complexion.

If you're ready to see a younger, more beautiful face when you look in the mirror, try one of our Hyaluronic Acid facial serums today.

Why You Should Be Using Hyaluronic Acid

HA is a gel substance that feeds the collagen in our bodies. It hydrates and delivers the necessary vitamins and minerals to the naturally occurring collagen. HA is also a humectant —an ingredient that draws moisture and expands, causing a plumping effect.

Think of a whole, ripe grape. When young, it is plump and colorful. As it ages, it develops creases, becomes dull, and loses its luster. Applying HA topically volumizes, smooths, and returns your complexion to its original plumpness.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • what is the concentration of hyaluronic acid in this product

The Hyaluronic Acid contains 95% HA. The additional 5% is a blend of a preservative and our all-natural antimicrobial Radish Root. There are no fillers added.

  • Is this serum injectable ? Because I\'m still looking for hyaluronic acid serum for hyaluron pen treatment

Injectable Hyaluronic Acid is only available from a doctor or dermatologist.

  • Are the ingredients in this product from animal sources?

Yes! Our Hyaluronic Acid is NASHA. NASHA stands for non-animal stabilized Hyaluronic Acid.

  • Is it possible to formulate this without Geo Gard? It contains Salicylic Acid, which is not considered safe during pregnancy.

Thank you for the suggestion, we will send it to our formulators.

  • Can you apply your hyaluronic acid serum directly to my skin? Or do I need to first add it to a base?

Yes, our Hyaluronic Acid Serum can be applied directly to your skin.

  • Can you please tell me the difference between this hyaluronic serum and your hyaluronic plumping gel? This doesn't seem to have any water while the gel does, so I am not sure which to purchase. Thanks!

The Ultra Hyaluronic Acid can be used as a base for making skincare. You can add up to 40% water-based peptides, hydrosols, botanicals, and other anti-aging ingredients without having to add an additional preservative.

Our regular Hyaluronic Acid uses Leucidal Liquid for additional moisturizing properties.

  • Can you add boosters to this serum? If so, do you need to add additional preservative to serum?

Yes, you can add serum boosters from Skin Perfection to a hyaluronic acid serum, as these boosters are designed to be mixed with other skincare products to customize their benefits. However, there are a few important considerations to keep in mind:

    Preservative Considerations:
    - If the hyaluronic acid serum you are using already contains a preservative system, you might not need to add additional preservatives. However, this depends on how much serum booster you are adding and the nature of the booster.
    - **When you may need to add a preservative:**
    - If you are significantly diluting the original serum with boosters or other ingredients.
    - If the booster itself does not contain preservatives and you are concerned about the stability of the final mixture.
    - In general, a well-preserved serum should maintain its stability, but if you are making a large batch or significantly altering the formula, adding an antimicrobial like Leucidal SF Complete (which is commonly used in skincare) might be advisable.

  • I need to mix 1 ounce of Hyaluronic Acid with Matrixyl, GHK-Cu, and Argireline. Can you assist with this?

Yes, you can easily add Matrixyl, GHK-Cu Powder, and Argireline to 1 ounce of Hyaluronic Acid.
Here is the recipe and instructions:
    1 Ounce Hyaluronic Acid
    72 Drops of Matrixyl 3000
    .33 grams of GHK-Cu Powder
    90 Drops Argireline

Add Matrixyl 3000 and Argireline to the 1 ounce of Hyaluronic Acid. Mix until well blended. Then add the .33 grams of GHK Copper Peptide Powder. Mix again. If the GHK has not dissolved, let set for about 10-15 minutes or until all crystals disappeared. Your formula will turn a shade of blue with the Copper Peptide powder added to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Skin Perfection's Hyaluronic Acid Serum good for sensitive or oily skin?
Yes. Skin Perfection's Hyaluronic Acid Serum is formulated as an oil-free, paraben-free NASHA gel that is gentle and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for sensitive and oily skin types. It combines low molecular weight HA that penetrates deeper to hydrate the dermis with high molecular weight HA that plumps the skin surface; together these act as humectants that draw and hold moisture (HA is known to bind large amounts of water). The gel format and lack of heavy oils reduce the risk of pore clogging and irritation. People with sensitive, oily, combination, or acne-prone skin benefit most from this product because it hydrates without adding greasiness. If you have a history of allergic reactions or extremely reactive skin, do a small patch test first and consult a dermatologist before use.
How does this Hyaluronic Acid Serum compare to injectable fillers or a regular moisturizer?
It works differently than injectable fillers and complements regular moisturizers. Topical NASHA hyaluronic acid hydrates and temporarily plumps by attracting and holding water at different skin depths: low molecular HA reaches deeper layers while high molecular HA volumizes the surface. The serum also includes acetyl hexapeptide-8 (Argireline), which can help reduce expression line formation. In contrast, injectable fillers place cross-linked HA into deeper tissue for immediate, longer-lasting structural volume. Regular moisturizers typically use occlusives and emollients to lock water at the skin surface rather than penetrate deeply. This serum is best for shoppers who want a non-invasive way to boost hydration, soften fine lines, and improve skin texture. For significant or long-term volume replacement, professional injectable treatments remain more effective.
How should I use the Hyaluronic Acid Serum for best results, and when will I see effects?
Use it daily on clean, slightly damp skin and follow with a moisturizer to seal hydration. Apply a pea-sized amount and gently press the serum into your face and neck; layering over damp skin helps low molecular weight HA absorb better. For daytime use, finish with sunscreen. Many users report immediate visible plumping and softer skin within minutes because HA draws moisture into the skin. With consistent use, improvements in smoothness and the appearance of fine lines are often noticeable over 2 to 8 weeks as skin hydration and support improve. Individual results vary by skin condition and routine. If you have reactive skin, perform a patch test first and avoid combining with strong actives at the same time if irritation occurs.
Can I layer Skin Perfection's Hyaluronic Acid Serum with other anti-aging actives like retinol or vitamin C?
Yes, Skin Perfection's Hyaluronic Acid Serum is designed to layer seamlessly with most anti-aging actives, including retinol, vitamin C, and peptides. Its water-based, filler-free formula absorbs quickly and deeply hydrates the skin, creating an ideal base that enhances the absorption and efficacy of potent treatments like Matrixyl 3000 or Argireline. Dermatological sources agree that applying a hyaluronic acid serum before heavier creams or serums can help lock in moisture and reduce irritation when using strong actives. This makes it especially beneficial for ingredient-savvy women seeking maximum anti-aging results and customization in their routine. However, if you experience sensitivity, introduce new actives gradually or consult your dermatologist for the optimal layering order. For most skin types—including sensitive, dry, or mature—this serum provides hydrating support while amplifying the benefits of your complete skincare regimen.
Is Skin Perfection's Hyaluronic Acid Serum suitable for layering with clinical-strength peptides or DIY boosters?
Yes, Skin Perfection's Hyaluronic Acid Serum is specifically formulated to be compatible with layering alongside clinical-strength peptides—like Matrixyl or Argireline—and DIY serum boosters. Its pure, filler-free NASHA gel base contains both low and high molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid, allowing it to deeply hydrate without interfering with the absorption or effectiveness of concentrated actives. Since it's oil-free, paraben-free, and non-comedogenic, it won't clog pores or cause irritation when used under professional-grade peptide serums or customized booster blends. This approach is especially beneficial for ingredient-savvy women ages 35 to 65 seeking visible firming and plumping results without sacrificing potency or risking unwanted reactions. If you're customizing your anti-aging regimen, apply the Hyaluronic Acid Serum first on clean skin to maximize hydration, then layer your peptide concentrates or actives for optimal performance. For very oily skin types, consider spot-testing any layered routine, but most users notice enhanced absorption and overall skin suppleness.
