Homemade Bath Salt Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Epsom Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Baking Soda
  • 4 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 4 Drops of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Citric Acid (optional)


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. For an extra fizzy bath, add 1 Tablespoon of Citric Acid. Pour 1/4 cup of the salt mixture into running water and agitate slightly to dissolve—store the remaining mixture in a jar for future use.
