I just received my order. The texture is watery, not “silky” as described above. Is this correct, or can I assume the product was damaged during shipping?
Yes, the Wrinkle Eraser is liquidy. Our shipping is super fast and there shouldn't be any damage to the product. Follow these instructions for a silky feel. This serum is super-concentrated! We recommend misting your face with our Peptide Facial Mist or leave your skin a little damp after washing to help the product spread a thin layer evenly to avoid any tacky feeling that can occur when using too much product. Apply a pea-size drop all over the face and neck. Use additional drops as needed or to treat any stubborn areas. If you experience a sticky feeling, reduce the amount of product you are using. Let dry and follow with your favorite moisturizer. Tip: If you are in a hurry and don't have time to let your face dry, use a hairdryer on the cool setting for about 10 seconds or until thoroughly dry.

Why is this serum even more expensive than the peptide cocktail that has 99% peptides in it? Also, why are your shipping charges extraordinarily high? I am in NZ and I often shop from various sites in the US and Canada. Most sites offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount on shopping from them. If not, mostly charge somewhere 10 to 25 NZD for some standard shipping. However, your site charges 58 NZD for a single item. Even more strange when shopping for your products from Amazon. If I buy any low-cost 15 ml serum booster, the shipping charges shown are 8 NZD, but if I go for an expensive item like peptide booster, then the shipping cost shown is 72 NZD.
Hi, The Wrinkle Eraser contains over 70% peptides. It also uses a high amount of Hyaluronic Acid. So while the Wrinkle Eraser doesn't have 99% peptides, the peptides it uses are newer and more effective than some of the peptides contained in the Peptide Cocktail.
