Anti-Aging Peptide for the Eyes Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide- 7 Chrysin
Haloxyl is the most trusted anti-aging ingredient for discolorations and dark circles in the under-eye area.
Haloxyl is a peptide complex used at 1 to 3% in eye formulas for the look of under-eye shadows and a more even-looking eye area.
This is a formulation ingredient, not a finished serum. Do not apply it undiluted.
INCI: Water, Glycerin, Steareth-20, N-Hydroxysuccinimide, Chrysin, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7
Worth noticing: the last two are the same amino acid sequences that make up Matrixyl 3000. Haloxyl pairs them with chrysin, a flavonoid found in blue passion flower, and N-hydroxysuccinimide.

In the manufacturer's 56-day user study, 70% of participants reported a noticeable improvement in the appearance of under-eye discolouration.
These findings are the manufacturer's and describe testing of the raw material rather than of a finished blend. Your result depends on the concentration you use and how consistently you apply it.
Blending it into a concealer you already own is the quickest way to try it — no reformulating required.
Haloxyl handles the look of shadows. For the look of puffiness, add EyeSeryl at 1–10% to the same formula. The two are commonly used together, and between them they cover the two things people notice most about tired eyes.

Can Haloxyl be used straight under the eye without mixing with another product? or must it be diluted to 1-3% as suggested? (like in an eye cream?) If it can be used alone, can it be applied under eye then apply an eye cream to moisturize? If dilution is needed, what is the ratio? 1-3g of Haloxyl to 1oz or @30 g/ml? Please advise.
