-
Does the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Gel require refrigeration?
No, you do not need to refrigerate the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid.
-
In the DIY eyebrow and lash formula, it says to include ultra hyaluronic acid. Could this product be added to that formulation?
Yes, the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid would be great to make your own DIY Eyebrow and Lash Formula.
-
Can I mix this hyaluronice acid plumping gel and the myrisotyl pentapeptide with other oils (i.e castor oil and other similar oils)? Thank you
The Ultra Hyaluronic Acid and Myristoyl Pentapeptide are water-based. In order to mix them with castor oil, you would need to add an emulsifier. Water and oil do not blend together and your formula will separate without an emulsifier.
For an easy solution, try our Love them Lashes Base with Castor Oil. This base already includes castor oil and you can easily add the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid and Myristoyl Pentapeptide to it. -
What serum do you use before
You can use any treatment serum before Hyaluronic Acid.

I am confused by concentration. Is this mostly water with 1% HA and citrus and silver? I didn’t understand the 100% HA in a 1% saturation
The Hyaluronic Acid is an ingredient used in the making of skincare. It is a pure Hyaluronic Acid concentrate.
The Ultra Hyaluronic Acid contains a 1% concentration of our pure Hyaluronic acid. -
If I start out with 1 oz of a serum base (like this Ultra Hyaluronic Acid Gel), can I add as many serum boosters to that 1 oz as I want according to the percentages in your recipes? Or do I have to increase the volume of the serum base in proportion to the volume of serum boosters? If so, what would those ratios be? Thank you!
Yes, you can add as many of the Serum Boosters as you would like. When using the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid Serum as a base you can use 1-100%.

What is the difference between the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid and Regular Hyaluronic Acid?
The Ultra Hyaluronic Acid has more visible plumping power than our regular Hyaluronic Acid Serum. It uses silver as a preservative and allows you to add additional ingredients without needing an additional preservative. Regular Hyaluronic Acid Serum uses a high and low molecular formula for plumping and deep, longer-lasting hydration. It uses Leucidal Liquid, which is a mild preservative.
-
What is the concentration of hyaluronic acid in this product?
The Ultra Hyaluronic acid serum is a concentrated solution. Hyaluronic acid is 100% and saturated at a 1% concentration.

When viewing the EWG rating scores if there is no number assigned in the green circle by the ingredient is it considered 0 by EWG safety rating? Thanks
Thank you so much for your interest in our new EWG ingredient information. It is brand new and we are still updating the information. If there is no number assigned, it means the ingredient has not been defined yet. We have thousands of definitions to provide. We are working as fast as we can to get all ingredient information updated and displayed!
You can also visit the EWG Skin Deep website and manually enter in the ingredient information.
Citric Acid is used as a ph modifier and it's score is a 1-2 depending on how much is used in a product. It has a green score. -
Can I add Uplevity, Relistase, and the Firming Serum Booster with Progeline to the Ultra Hyaluronic Acid Base?
Yes, you can add Uplevity, Relistase, and the Firming Serum Booster with Progeline to any of our bases including Ultra Hyaluronic Acid.
-
would this work in a solid anhydrous balm? if so would the benefits reach the skin?
The Ultra Hyaluronic Acid is meant to be used on its own as a base. However, you can defintly add it to any skincare product. If the balm is soft, it will be easy to incorporate. Balms that are harder would need to be mixed with a handblender to be fully incorporated. Yes, Hyaluronic Acid is a humectant and pulls moisture from the air to hydrate the skin.
