Anti-Aging Oil Serum

How to Make an Anti-Aging Oil-based Serum

Making skincare products is simple, enjoyable, and incredibly rewarding. Creating anti-aging serums may sound like a complicated process, but it can be somewhat easy.

Try making your very own anti-aging serum using organic oils. Making a serum using oils means there is no need to blend the mixture; merely pour the oils together, and you have an incredible age-defying serum!

Oils are packed with age-fighting properties, including reducing the look of lines and wrinkles, tightening sagging skin, and providing intense hydration. In only a few minutes, you could have a natural serum filled with powerful and active anti-aging ingredients.

How to Create a Facial Serum:

We have included a few recipes to help get your skincare making started. For a more personalized serum, mix, and match the oils we have listed to create a specialized anti-aging serum. Create your very own unique serum that works for you. You can tailor the recipe based on the ingredients that work well for your skin type and your specific skin concerns.

These oils can all typically be found in health food stores, natural grocers, or supermarkets' organic sections. Skin Perfection offers four different oils, Tamanu, Rose Hip Seed, Evening Primrose, and Moroccan Argan. You can use these as a base for your serums.

Supplies Needed:

Airless Bottles

  • Essential Oils
  • Funnel
  • Glass Measuring Cup
  • Organic Oils
  • Labels for finishing touches.

Once you have all your oils and supplies, creating the serum is easy. Pour the oils into a bottle (ensure that the container has been adequately sterilized) and shake. That’s all! Once the mixture has been combined, your serum is ready for use. Store in the fridge to prolong freshness.
